This wedding was filled with whimsical DIY details crafted by the talented bride. The Garden Room at The Doctor’s House proved to be a delightful choice, set apart from barn or backyard tents typical of garden party themed weddings. The crown shaped metal chandeliers and the unusual match of green walls and red curtains gave the theme a unique spin, reminiscent of The Little Prince. Please refer to the credits below for other talented vendors involved. We also have the pleasure of having the wedding featured with Weddingbells.ca I’m excited to share some of my favorite shots in this post.
The first time I met Inga, I felt an immediate connection. We share a love for beautiful décor and everything creative. Inga and Darcy met through working at the same restaurant while Inga was attending OCAD. She is a free spirit who is not afraid of going after her dreams. Darcy now manages his own establishment, Humble Beginnings, a charming restaurant on trendy Dundas West. He is a guy’s guy — mature and steady with rugged good looks.
On the wedding day, we went to McMichael gallery for wedding party photos before the outdoor ceremony and reception. Darcy made the delicious apricot sauce as guest favours, which Inga beautifully packaged. Inga and Darcy are truly a perfect union. I wish this beautiful couple a lifetime of happiness!
